At Beauti Bay, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or damaged beauty products cannot be returned.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective upon arrival
  • Your order was incomplete

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please email beautybay456@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
